JAMES WEVER James Lee Wever, of Boulder City, passed away July 19, 2013, at his home. He was born June 27, 1936 in Toteka, Kan., to James Irl Wever and Ellen Charsha Wever. He married Nomi Shrum March 20, 1976, in Boulder City. James enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling around in the 5th wheel. He is survived by his wife, Nomi Wever; two sons, James Wever and Randy Wever, both of Mesquite; a daughter, Lisa (Richard) Plant of Yuba City, Calif.; a brother, Don; two sisters, Margaret and Beth; six grandchildren, Steven, Elisabeth, Ondrea, Tommy, Jessie and Randy; and eight great- grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, at the Bethany Baptist Church, 210 Wyoming St. James was laid to rest at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
