MARY JACOT Long time Boulder City resident Mary Jean Jacot passed away on July 27, 2020. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Jacot who passed in 1987. Jean enjoyed lifelong friendships with many in Boulder City. She worked for Dr. White and Dr. Connelly, as well as the Franz Family. The Jacot's raised their family in Boulder City and both children graduated from BCHS. Francis Jacot's career with the National Park Service started at Lake Mead in the early 1950's. He was transferred there again in 1966 and returned to retire there in 1986 after a post in San Francisco. She is survived by daughter, Suzanne Jacot Villareale and former son-in-law, Chris Villareale; grandchildren, Joseph and Vanessa Brown along with husband Darrell Brown and great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Damon. Her son, Daniel Jacot, survives Jean along with partner, Tony McEwing. Her surviving siblings are: Christina, Mary Ellen, Alice, with brother in law Jim and brother Bill with sister in law, Georgia. She told her numerous nieces and nephews on both sides of the family that they were her favorite which was an ongoing joke. Jean spent the last 18 years of her life with Bruce Borg in La Canada, California and Las Vegas. They enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the world. Mr. Borg was a childhood friend.
