To Ann and their children and grand-children:

We in RVAH-11 want to express our sincere sympathies and condolences during your time of great sorrow.

Harvey was greatly well-liked and respected during his time with us in Heavy 11. The highest compliment we can offer is that he was a great Sailor and Shipmate! We will miss him.

Had the distinct pleasure of working with Harvey at the Western Area Power Administration Boulder City office. His great smile and sense of humor was always with him. He made going to work a little easier every day. A good man has gone home, may he rest in peace.
