IRENE SPILLAN Irene Spillan, 93, of Boulder City, slipped quietly into eternal life April 28, 2019. She was born July 4, 1925, in Philadelphia, to Merril and Irene Anderson. She moved to Boulder City in 1976 and was the manager of the Hallmark store for many years. Irene will be remembered for her love of God, family, and life. She was an amazing woman who lived independently up to the end, despite her blindness. She was predeceased by her parents; two sisters; and her husband of 61 years, Bill. She is survived by her daughters, Irene Mee and her husband Ed of New Castle, DE, and Pam Boyle and her husband Steve of Boulder City; her grandsons, Sean Mee of Neptune, NJ and Keith and Patrick Boyle of Boulder City; and her great-grandchildren, Konner, Ireland, Kolbe, and Kingston Boyle. A mass will be celebrated to honor her life and resurrection at 10:30 a.m. Sat., June 8, at St. Andrew's Catholic Community, 1399 San Felipe Dr., Boulder City, NV 89005.
