Phyllis Goin, 92 of Boulder City, passed away on August 19, 2020. Phyllis was born in Fairmont, Minnesota on July 6, 1928. She graduated from Fairmont High School and moved to Torrance, California where she worked at TRW in the reproduction department for more than 20 years. Phyllis was a devoted member of the Lutheran Church, and also loved to sew, cook and garden. Phyllis was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Goin, Sr. She is survived by her sister Margaret Bishop of California, and six children, Laura Lee Goldsberry, Butch Smith (Debbie), Terry Smith (Jennifer), Wanda Gutierrez (Toby), Cory Smith (Mary) and Paul C. Goin, Jr. (Charlotte), 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. The viewing will be from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Palm Mortuary. Phyllis loved her children dearly and will be remembered laughing and smiling, wearing her white pearls; always having a joyous spirit and the love of our Lord in her heart. Services will be held Friday, September 11, 2020, 10 AM, at Palm Mortuary, 800 Boulder Hwy, 8 9
