WILLIAM ARTHUR BARBOUR 12-28-1946 - 3-23-2021 William, Billy, as he was known to his friends passed away from health complications. Born in Upland, CA and a long- term resident of Boulder City. Bill was a successful landscape designer and painter. He was known for his cheerful spirit. He is survived by his children, William Labo (Destry), Tracey Pearson (Randy), Desteni Painter, longtime girlfriend Vicki Post-Painter, 5 grandchildren, and Brother, Bob Barbour. A private service will be held with close family.
